James T. Walther is an attorney at Gilda L. Kramer & Associates, LLC. Mr. Walther’s experience includes real estate litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, and personal injury matters. Mr. Walther has experience with Pennsylvania real estate matters including eminent domain (condemnation), real estate tax appeals, landlord-tenant and ejectment matters, and land use. His experience includes assisting as outside counsel to a municipality in ongoing complex eminent domain matters.
Mr. Walther believes that a lawyer’s role is to simultaneously provide result driven representation with an exceptional level of client service. Mr. Walther firmly believes in a personal, accessible approach to legal representation, and that a lawyer’s role as a counselor is critical to successful representation.
Committed to volunteer work, Mr. Walther has participated in pro-bono activities with Philadelphia VIP, assisting in income tax preparation for low income tax payers at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) and Wills for Heroes. In 2016, he was recognized by the First Judicial District and named to its Roll of Honor for Pro Bono Service.
Mr. Walther has an LL.M. in Taxation (Masters of Law) and Employee Benefits Certificate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Mr. Walther is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
