Gilda L. Kramer, Esquire has extensive alternative dispute resolution experience, both representing litigants and serving as an arbitrator, mediator, Judge Pro Tempore and Court-appointed Discovery Master.  Ms. Kramer has served in numerous cases as a neutral arbitrator.

    After being selected as a Judge Pro Tempore in 1995, she has handled hundreds of settlement conferences, and has successfully mediated many cases.  Since 2004 she has served as a Court-appointed Discovery Master in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, in the Major Jury Program and the Complex Litigation Center.  Currently, she is the Discovery Master for all Nursing Home litigation in Philadelphia.
